Introducing Technician Training to Improve Warranty Labor Recovery

A short, 13 minute, training video has been created to educate technicians on ways to improve Warranty Labor Recovery. This video highlights a few of the key areas that have been found to positively impact Warranty Labor Recovery. The training video includes information on the following:

• Latest EDS Features
• Documenting Access Items
• Guidelines for using SRT 99-999
• Performing Proper Progressive Damage Checks
• Performing Warrantable Repair Validations

This training can also be viewed by warranty administrators to gain a greater understanding of how the technician can assist in Warranty Labor Recovery.
