Improved Customer Uptime with Cummins Guidanz™

As communicated in the March and April 2017 ServiceLine Newsletters, Cummins Guidanz is our new suite of software products, features and capabilities that is delivered via web and mobile applications. Guidanz enables quicker, more accurate service for greater customer satisfaction, and over time Guidanz will combine everything from diagnostics, repair, warranty and training – all within the streamlined Guidanz application.

Technician Training to Improve Warranty Recovery

In addition to the previously communicated Labor Recovery Tips Training, a short video has been created to provide training geared toward technicians to help improve labor reimbursement on warranty claims!

Recon SCRs availability for ISB and ISL, specific EPA 2013

Warranty Administration guidelines require the use of the most cost effective part within a warranty repair. Cummins is pleased to announce the availability of ReCon SCRs on limited part numbers for ISB6.7 and ISL9 engines, specific for EPA 2013 vintage. The ReCon SCR modules offer customers a lower priced option for servicing their Aftertreatment system.
