  Aftertreatment SRT Updates

In the pursuit of being credible and equitable with our customers, Cummins Inc. recently conducted time studies on the Heavy Duty 2010 and 2013 aftertreatment systems. There are several different configurations, and as a result of the time study, it was determined that the different configurations affect the time required to complete the repair. The data from the time study lead to creation, edit and deletion of SRTs. This SRT work is being implemented over several months to allow customers time to adjust. All aftertreatment SRT changes have been, and will continue to be, communicated before being released in order to reduce claim issues. The tables below show the scheduled changes.
