  New RAPIDSERVE Web Claim Filing Requirements

As per Warranty Memo 1519, starting 01-Jul-2015, all claims opened and closed over RAPIDSERVE Web, an additional tenth of an hour (0.1) will be automatically added at claim submission for claims completed on RAPIDSERVE Web. Starting 05-Oct-2015, Cummins Warranty will require all claims to be filed over RAPIDSERVE Web. A new phone option will be available in October for Dealers to use for RAPIDSERVE Web navigational questions as well. RAPIDSERVE Web navigational team will help answer your web questions, but Dealers will fill out the web claim with all appropriate information (parts, labor, story, etc.). Calling into the RAPIDSERVE Call Center is ONLY required for claims involving Cummins engines with block and/or crank damage. In-Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Tech Support lines will still be available as normal. RAPIDSERVE Web must be used to open all Cummins Warranty claims.
